Laid before Parliament 10th March 2003
Coming into force 1st April 2003
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1 and 6 of the Police Pensions Act 1976, with the consent of the Treasury and after consultation with the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom, hereby makes the following Regulations:
