Regulation 2 Amendment to the Police Pensions Regulations 1987

(1)

Regulation G2(1) of the Police Pensions Regulations 1987^f1 (pension contribution payable by regular policeman) is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (a)—

(a)

in paragraph (i), for “10 per cent” substitute “10.75 per cent”;

(b)

in paragraph (ii), for “13.5 per cent” substitute “14.25 per cent”.

(a)

in paragraph (i), for “10.5 per cent” substitute “11.55 per cent”;

(b)

in paragraph (ii), for “14 per cent” substitute “15.05 per cent”.
