# The Police Pensions (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2003, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Pensions (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 15th November 2003 but shall have effect from 1st April 2002.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales only.
