# The Police Pensions (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2012, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Pensions (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2012.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st January 2013.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
