Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, references to the principal Regulations are references to the Police Pensions Regulations 1987^f1 as they had effect immediately before the coming into force of these Regulations.

These Regulations shall be construed as one with the principal Regulations.
