The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1 and 3 of the Police Pensions Act 1976^f1, and after consultation with the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom, and with the consent of the Treasury^f2 hereby makes the following Regulations:
