  "text": "POLICE\nMade 4th March 1998\nLaid before Parliament 10th March 1998\nComing into force 31st March 1998\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Police Pensions Act 1976, with the consent of the Treasury and after consultation with the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
