  "text": "The Police Pensions Regulations 1987 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations, and, except in regulation 5(4) below, any reference in those provisions to a numbered regulation is a reference to the regulation so numbered in the Police Pensions Regulations 1987.",
