Made 7th January 2003
Laid before Parliament 13th January 2003
Coming into force 10th February 2003
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1 to 6 and 7(1) of the Police Pensions Act 1976, with the consent of the Treasury and after consultation with the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom, hereby makes the following Regulations:
