# The Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Paragraph 2


In regulation B1(3)(ba) (entitlement to pensions of certain police officers who retire at end of fixed term appointments) for the words from “and either” onwards there are substituted the words “(or, if such a term has been extended, at the end of the appointment for the extended term)”.
