# The Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Paragraph 14


(1) In paragraph (c) of the proviso to regulation F1(1) (reckoning of pensionable service during maternity leave) for the words “18 weeks” there are substituted the words “26 weeks”.
(2) Sub-paragraph (1) has effect in relation to any period of maternity leave falling on or after 6th April 2003.
