  "text": "In regulation H1(4) for the words “paragraphs 5(a) and 6 of schedule H” there is substituted “paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (2) of Schedule H”.\n(2) For regulation H1(5) there shall be substituted—\n“(5) The decision of the selected medical practitioner on the question or questions referred to him under this regulation shall be expressed in the form of a report and shall, subject to regulations H2 and H3, be final.”\n(3) For regulation H1(6) there shall be substituted—\n“(6) A copy of any such report shall be supplied to the person who is the subject of that report.”\n(4) Regulation H1(7) shall be omitted.",
