# The Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2006.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 5th April 2006 but, except for paragraph 8 of Schedule 1, have effect from 5th December 2005.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales only.
