# The Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 10: The Police Pensions Regulations 1987


(1) Regulation A19 (compulsory retirement on grounds of efficiency of the force) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), for the words “or assistant chief constable” substitute “, assistant chief constable or specified employee of SOCA”.
