# The Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 12: The Police Pensions Regulations 1987


(1) Regulation B2 (policeman’s short service award) is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph 1(a), insert—
“(ab) retires or retired voluntarily in accordance with regulation B2A;”.
