Regulation B7(4)(b) (commutation-general provision) is amended as follows.

Omit “(a) or”.

(3)

After “Regulation B2(1)” insert “or having attained his relevant voluntary retirement age or, where he does not have a relevant voluntary retirement age, having attained the age of 65”.
