# The Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 15: The Police Pensions Regulations 1987


(1) Regulation E8 (increase of widow’s pension or child’s allowance during first 13 weeks) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2A)(b), at the end insert “or, in the case of a specified employee of SOCA, the equivalent allowances to which he was entitled under his contract of employment”.
