Regulation 17 The Police Pensions Regulations 1987

Regulation G1 (pensionable and average pensionable pay) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1), at the end insert “and during any period in which a member of a police force is a specified employee of SOCA, it means the pay at the rate to which he is or was then entitled under his contract of employment, account being taken of any retrospective increase in that rate”.
