Regulation 23 The Police Pensions Regulations 1987

Part I of Schedule F (pensionable service and transfer values) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1(1), for “becomes liable to be required to retire on account of age” substitute “attains his relevant voluntary retirement age or, where he does not have a relevant voluntary retirement age, the age of 65”.
