Part I of the Schedule (payments) is amended as follows.

Paragraph 3(2)(a) is omitted.

In paragraph 3(2)(b), the words “(not being a person specified in paragraph (a))” are omitted.

In paragraph 4—

(a)

for “the member” in each place substitute “the regular policeman”;

(b)

for “the member’s” in each place substitute “the regular policeman’s”; and

(c)

in sub-paragraph (2), for “Class A member” substitute “regular policeman”.
