# The Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 35: The Police Pensions Regulations 2006


(1) Regulation 17 (retirement) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)(c), omit “or” (in the last place).
(3) At the end of paragraph (1)(d), insert—
“or
(e) leaving a force on joining the National Criminal Intelligence Service or the National Crime Squad and subsequently becoming a specified employee of SOCA.”.
