Regulation 38 The Police Pensions Regulations 2006

Regulation 20 (compulsory retirement on grounds of efficiency of the force) is amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph (1), for “This regulation applies” substitute “Subject to paragraph (3), this regulation applies”.

(3)

After paragraph (2), insert—

“(3)

This regulation shall not apply to a specified employee of SOCA.”.
