# The Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 39: The Police Pensions Regulations 2006


In regulation 23 (pensionable pay) at the end insert “and during any period in which a member of a police force is a specified employee of SOCA, it means the pay at the rate to which he is or was then entitled under his contract of employment, account being taken of any retrospective increase in that rate”.
