  "text": "(1) Regulation 2 (interpretation) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the definition of “police authority”, at the end insert “and, in relation to a specified employee of SOCA, it means SOCA”.\n(3) In the definition of “regular police officer” at the end insert “and a specified employee of SOCA”.\n(4) After the definition of “serviceman” insert—\n““Specified employee of SOCA” has the meaning given by Schedule A of the 1987 Regulations”.",
