  "text": "(1) Regulation A17 (retirement) is amended as follows.\n(2) After paragraph (1)(a) insert the following paragraph—\n“(aa) to the contract under which a specified employee of SOCA is employed by SOCA being terminated;”.\n(3) After paragraph (1)(e) insert the following paragraph—\n“(f) on joining the National Criminal Intelligence Service or the National Crime Squad and subsequently becoming a specified employee of SOCA,”.",
