# The Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Paragraph 2


In regulation 6(2)(b) (application of regulations) at the end insert “(and for this purpose account shall be taken of any pensionable service the officer would have been entitled to reckon had any transfer value not been paid under regulation F10 of the 1987 Regulations)”.
