  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2010.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on 1 April 2010 and, subject to paragraph (3), have effect from that date.\n(3) Paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 has effect from 1st April 2004 until 30th September 2006.\n(4) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.",
