# The Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2010, Paragraph 3


(1) Regulation A17 (retirement) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)(e) omit “with such consent as is mentioned in paragraph (2)”.
(3) Omit paragraph (2).
