  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2013.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2013, but regulations 4 and 5 have effect from 1st January 2013.\n(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.",
