# The Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2013.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2013, but regulations 4 and 5 have effect from 1st January 2013.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
