# The Police Pensions Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2004, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires–
“the 1987 Regulations” means the Police Pensions Regulations 1987;
and expressions defined in the 1987 Regulations have the same meaning in these Regulations.
