  "text": "(1) For regulation H1(5), substitute–\n“(5) The decision of the selected medical practitioner on the question or questions referred to him under this regulation shall be expressed in the form of a report and shall, subject to regulations H2 and H3, be final.”\n(2) For regulation H1(6), substitute–\n“(6) A copy of any such report shall be supplied to the person who is the subject of that report.”\n(3) Regulation H1(7) is omitted.",
