# The Police Pensions Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2005, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, extent and effect


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Pensions Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2005.
(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 3rd May 2005, and shall have effect from 1st October 2004.
(3) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
