Part I of the Schedule (payments) is amended as follows.

Omit paragraph 3(2)(a).

In paragraph 3(2)(b) omit “(not being a person specified in paragraph (a))”.

In paragraph 4–

(a)

for “the member” in each place substitute “the regular policeman”;

(b)

for “the member's” in each place substitute “the regular policeman's”; and

(c)

in sub paragraph (2), for “Class A member” substitute “regular policeman”.
