  "text": "In regulation 3 (meaning of certain expressions in relation to persons who are not members of a home police force)–\n(a) in paragraph (1), after “inspector of constabulary” insert “, a specified employee of SOCA”; and\n(b) after paragraph (2) insert–\n“(3) In relation to a specified employee of SOCA–\n(a) any reference in these Regulations to the police authority shall be construed as a reference to SOCA; and\n(b) any reference in these Regulations to a force shall be construed as a reference to SOCA.”.",
