# The Police Pensions (Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2008, Regulation 41: The Police Pensions (Scotland) Regulations 2007


In regulation 20 (compulsory retirement on grounds of efficiency of the force)–
(a) at the beginning of paragraph (1), insert “Subject to paragraph (3),”; and
(b) after paragraph (2), insert–
“(3) This regulation shall not apply to a specified employee of SOCA.”.
