# The Police Pensions (Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2011, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Pensions (Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2011.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2011.
(3) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
