# The Police Pensions (Commutation) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2022, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Pensions (Commutation) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 1 April 2022.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
