  "text": "Public Service Pensions, England And Wales\nMade 23rd February 2015\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and (2)(g), 2(1) and 3(1), (2), (3)(a) and (4) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013.\nIn accordance with section 21 of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the representatives of such persons as appear to the Secretary of State likely to be affected by these Regulations.\nIn accordance with section 3(5) of that Act, these Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury.\nPursuant to section 24(1) and (3) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.",
