  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Police Pensions Regulations 1987 (as regards Scotland) and the Police Pensions (Scotland) Regulations 2007 to adjust the pension contributions of police for the year 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2013. They also amend the Police Pensions (Purchase of Increased Benefits) Regulations 1987 to adjust the cap on periodical contributions payable under those Regulations.",
