Made 20th December 2002
Laid before Parliament 8th January 2003
Coming into force 1st February 2003
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 to 6 and 7(1) of the Police Pensions Act 1976, with the consent of the Treasury and after consultation with the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom, hereby makes the following Regulations:
