  "text": "In Schedule A (glossary of expressions) there shall be inserted in the appropriate places in alphabetical order the following definitions:\n“\n“The 1993 Act”\nThe Pension Schemes Act 1993.\n“The 1999 Act”\nThe Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999.\n“Normal benefit age”\nThe age of 60.\n“Pension credit”\nA credit under section 29(1)(b) of the 1999 Act, including a credit under corresponding Northern Ireland legislation.\n“Pension credit benefit”\nConstrue in accordance with section 101B of the 1993 Act.\n“Pension credit member”\nConstrue in accordance with section 124(1) of the Pensions Act 1995.\n“Pension credit rights”\nConstrue in accordance with section 101B of the 1993 Act.\n“Pension debit”\nA debit under section 29(1)(a) of the 1999 Act.\n“Pension debit member”\nA person whose benefits or future benefits under these Regulations have been reduced under section 31 of the 1999 Act.\n“Pension sharing order”\nAn order or provision mentioned in section 28(1) of the 1999 Act.\n“Relevant police authority”\nConstrue in accordance with regulation L1(4).\n”",
