# The Police Pensions (Pension Sharing) Regulations 2002, Paragraph 15


In paragraph 3(2) of Part V of Schedule B (policeman’s injury award) after the words “up-rating of widow’s pension)” there shall be inserted “or by virtue of a pension debit”.
