  "text": "In Part II of Schedule F (transfers and current interchange arrangements) after paragraph 9 there shall be inserted—\n“9A (1) This paragraph shall apply where the transfer value is payable in respect of a person who is a pension debit member.\n(2) The transfer value shall be reduced by such amount as is calculated in accordance with such guidance as is provided for the purpose by the Government Actuary.”.",
