  "text": "In the case of a regular police officer whose transfer election has taken effect, regulation 26 (aggregate pension contributions for the purposes of repayment) shall have effect as if, in paragraph (2), for the words “he became a regular police officer” to the end, there were substituted the words “on which a transfer election made by him in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 took effect”.",
