  "text": "As from the date on which such a transfer election takes effect, the total pensionable service the regular police officer concerned was entitled to reckon under the 1987 Regulations immediately before that date, calculated in accordance with paragraphs 6, 7 and 9, shall be reckonable as pensionable service for the purposes of these Regulations.",
