  "text": "(1) This Chapter applies in relation to a member of a police force who is a deferred member of this scheme.\n(2) For the purpose of this Chapter—\n(a) a former member of a home police force is taken to be a member of the home police force; and\n(b) “police pension authority”, in relation to the former member of the home police force, means the police pension authority for the home police force.",
