  "text": "POLICE\nMade 15th June 2000\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 16th June 2000\nComing into force 8th July 2000\nThe Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1 of the Police Pensions Act 1976, after consultation with the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom, hereby make the following Regulations:",
