  "text": "(1) In regulation 15–\n(a) for “police authority” in each case where it occurs, substitute “responsible person”; and\n(b) after paragraph (6) insert–\n“(7) For the purposes of this regulation “the responsible person” means–\n(a) so far as the regulation relates to the payment of a pension, or to the payment of a lump sum payable under regulation 11(5), the insurance company from which the pension has been purchased under regulation 11; and\n(b) so far as it relates to the payment of any other lump sum, the police authority.”.",
