Regulation 3 Qualification for promotion

Regulation 4 of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (3)–

“(4)

Previous service within regulation 12(1)(a) to (d) or (2)(a) to (c) which constituted probationary service in the force or constabulary in question shall count for the purposes of paragraph (1)(c) above.”.
